When YouTube Unables Mauritians To Watch Some Movies
We all hate it when the USA is getting something free while we are deprived of getting it. We all know that the Last.fm made free songs listening available to USA, UK & Germany while the others have to pay for it. You can view more on the Last.fm on Avinash Meetoo’s Blog.
Now, latest technological racism is from YouTube. We all love watching free videos on YouTube and we all have seen that some major changes have been brought on YouTube this year.
One of the changes is that now we can easily watch free full and complete movies online. These films are some great classics and it is infact know at YouTube Movie Spotlights and it is mentioned above that “before they were stars”. That is we can see films of today’s successful actors but when they had just entered the film industry. I really like these new innovation and the “racism matter” is not as bad as that of Last.fm
The true fact is that we can’t view some great videos from YouTube Movie Spotlights. We simply get a message stating that this videos is not available in this country.
As great men always said that with every heavy clouds, we always have some ray of hope. We can definitely view many movies for Mauritius but not all.
I still cannot understand the reason why we Mauritians cannot view these films. Does YouTube think that we don’t like watching European classics. But what can we watch in a country where we have a really useless Broadcasting Corporation.

We can’t watch it because of copyright issues. However I use HotSpot Shield(http://www.hotspotshield.com/) to watch them 😀
